The era of digital democracy. A challenge for citizens, companies and policy

• Adl Consulting’s report analyzes how the digital revolution transforms politics and society. The digital revolution is one of the most important issues of our time, involving both how citizens vote and participate in public decision-making processes and how institutions make decisions and implement public policy, including how they improve services offered to citizens.
• The study was started by Lorenzo Fioramonti, Italy’s Minister of Public Education. It contains the testimonies of three important local administrations (Rome, Milan, Turin) and the experiences of some of Italy’s leading companies (ON, Federdistribuzione, Gruppo Bancario Cooperativo ICCREA, Sharp, and Vodafone Italia) which illustrate their positions, best practices, and are examples of cases of concrete application.
